Non Defamation Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to employees, contractors, clients, affiliates, partners, license holders introduced and all associated users of the website.

By joining into a contract with Success with Systems you hereby declare and agree to these Non Defamation clauses

Internal parties

​

The Employee shall not, during the course of the Employee's employment with the Company, nor at any time thereafter, directly or indirectly, in public or private, in any manner or in any medium whatsoever, deprecate, impugn or otherwise make any comments, writings, remarks or other expressions that would, or could be construed to, defame the Company or their reputations. Nor shall the Employee assist any other person, firm or company in so doing.

Non-Defamation. The Employee covenants and agrees that during the course of his/her employment by the Employer and for any time thereafter, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, in public or private, deprecate, impugn or otherwise make any remarks that would tend to or be construed to tend to defame the Employer, its employees or products or its reputation, nor shall Employee assist any person, firm or company in doing so, except as required by subpoena, court order or other legal process.

Non-Defamation . Each party agrees not to intentionally defame the other with respect to matters arising prior to the date of the execution of this Agreement.

Non-Defamation. Each Party agrees to refrain from (and the Company shall take reasonable steps to cause its officers and directors to refrain from), either directly or indirectly, hereafter making any defamatory comments of any type or nature whatsoever to anyone about the other party (and in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors or business partners).

Non-Defamation. Each party hereto hereby undertakes not to cause any harm to the other party’s reputation in the market and not to make, whether directly or indirectly (including through any of its affiliates, officers, employees or directors), any negative or disparaging remarks about such party or any of its affiliates, officers, employees, directors (in each case, in their capacities as such), products, services or business practices.

Non-Defamation. Executive agrees that Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, make or ratify any defamatory comments or remarks (in writing or orally), about the Company or any other Released Party or their respective products or services. The Company shall not, and shall direct its current officers and directors to not, directly or indirectly, make or ratify any defamatory comments or remarks (in writing or orally), about Executive. For the avoidance of doubt, it shall not be a violation of the terms of this Section 8 for any person to make truthful statements when required by court order or as otherwise required by law, including to applicable Governmental Agencies.
