Our Hybrid Support - what's included?

We often get asked about our support and what is included in our Hybrid package. This is totally normal and we want to provide you full visibility into what's included and what would be an extra.


What's included?


If you haven't already read the Hybrid vs Managed article, it's best for you to start there. We detail out what is included as part of the service. Here we are only talking about the support you get:

  • 3 Co-piloting Workshops (1 -2 hours each) with dedicated 1-2-1 training. This is live training where you will be setting up your campaign under our instruction over a webinar. This will demonstrate to you how to set up a campaign as you are doing it, you will be able to create your campaign live including technical, software, content, and implementation.

  • 3-month phone support of up to 2 hours per month. We will most likely go way above this but we need to put a time stamp on it, just in case it ends up being above and beyond what's reasonable. We are always happy to help and want to ensure you understand what you are doing.

  • Unlimited email support for 3 months. In case you need even further support you can email us for help an unlimited amount for 3 months.

  • Online resources. We will also provide you online resources which will include videos, articles, and self-help guides that will guide you from start to finish if you ever need a refresher.

Very few, if any, have ever needed more support beyond this, but if you do, we charge just a £65+vat per hour rate for our consultancy, which you can buy as and when you need without any obligation.
